SAO PAULO / SPB.Sc. and Lic. in Biological Sciences (UNESP-RC, 2005), M.Sc. in Animal Biology (UNESP-SJRP, 2009), Ph.D in Biological Sciences-Zoology (UNESP-RC, 2015). Postdoctoral Researcher positions at UNESP-RC (2016-17), UFABC (2017), USP-SP (2017-present), and UCSC-USA (2019-2020). I have broad interest in zoological research topics, including how animals manage (tolerance, resistance, capacity and preference) to survive in changing environments and what makes some species more resilient than others. This naturally requires an integrative framework among physiology, ecology, ethology, and evolutionary biology. Such sort of knowledge, for instance, can be used by environmental policymakers to better delineate conservation strategies for key taxa.
