Short-c-vitae: Carin von Mühlen holds the master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from São Paulo University, and Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul / University of Melbourne (2007). She is currently a professor at the State University of Rio de Janeiro at the Faculty of Technology in Resende -RJ. She has experience in Analytical Chemistry, working mainly on the following topics: gas chromatography and two-dimensional gas chromatography applied in the analysis of environmental, petrochemical, and other samples.
