DIDIER THIEBAUT
Short c-vitae: Didier THIEBAUT is a Doctor of Pharmacy and PhD in Analytical Chemistry. He is Director of Research at Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in the Department of Analytical, Bioanalytical Sciences and Miniaturization in the Chemistry Biology Innovation Institute of ESPCI Paris (PSL University). His research focuses on Gas, Liquid and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography, their miniaturised (on-chip), comprehensive and hyphenated versions, and their application to the analysis of organic compounds in very complex matrices (petroleomics, lipidomics, environment…) in partnership with academic groups or companies. He is a member of the National Academy of
Pharmacy, the former president of "Francophone Association of Separation Sciences" (AfSep) and the President of the European Society of Separation Sciences (EuSSS) Steering Committee.
Expertise: Gas Chromatograpy and Liquid Chromatography, Solid phase extraction, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography and Extraction, Comprehensive two-dimensional chromatography (GCxGC, LCxLC, SFCxSFC), Stationary phases for GC, Complex samples separations
